BAGJUMP Industries — Critical Facilities

Protective systems for environments that forgive nothing.

Custom-engineered impact- and surface-protection airbags for outage and maintenance work in critical, access-restricted facilities — built to your specification, your materials constraints, and your access envelope. Engineered case by case, because every facility's constraints are different.

01 / THE PROBLEM

Dropped objects. Hard floors.
Irreplaceable plant.

In an outage window, every dropped tool over a turbine deck, pool edge, or containment floor is schedule risk against plant you cannot simply replace. A deployable, engineered soft barrier protects the equipment below the work and the surfaces around it — then deflates, packs, and clears the area when the work front moves.

Engineered to the environment

  • Surface careTopsheet and body materials selected per environment — non-marking, cleanable/decontamination-friendly, specified with your materials and radiation-protection teams.
  • GeometryBuilt to the access envelope: through airlocks and hatches, around plant, inside voids, against curved or stepped surfaces.
  • DeploymentInflated and repositioned in minutes — less rigging time at the work front, less dose time for the crew; continuous Pressure Alarm monitoring while work is live.
  • DocumentationSpecification, test parameters, and sign-off documents per unit — built for regimes that audit everything, from work-order to close-out.
02 / PROCESS

Four steps from
drawing to deployment.

The same custom-engineering discipline we've applied in aerospace for over ten years, pointed at outage and maintenance programs in critical facilities.

01

Specify

Load case, drop height, footprint, surface and material constraints — captured with your engineering team.

02

Engineer

Chamber architecture, pressures, and materials designed to the case; drawings issued for your review.

03

Build & test

Manufactured in-house in Austria, with TÜV-certified components throughout.

04

Deploy

Commissioning support, Pressure Alarm monitoring, and service through the life of the unit.

Straight answer: every critical facility has its own rules — materials, access, decontamination, sign-off. We don't claim certifications or a track record we don't actually have in your environment. Tell us your constraints; we'll design to them and document the test results before anything ships.

03 / WHY BAGJUMP

One workshop.
Full control.

Design, materials, welding, assembly, and test happen under one roof. When your environment demands a change — a different coating, a tighter tolerance, a smaller packed volume — the loop is hours, not vendors.
